My Expertise
ART DIRECTION & CAMPAIGNS
The Art of Narrative. I orchestrate the visual world of a campaign — conceptualizing narratives, directing photographic talent, and designing the multi-channel rollout. I ensure every image tells a story that resonates with the luxury consumer.
PRINT & EDITORIAL
The Tactile Experience. A celebration of the physical. My editorial practice focuses on the rigor of layout and the nuances of premium print. I design books, lookbooks, and high-end collateral that demand to be kept, not just viewed.
SPATIAL & EXPERIENTIAL
Branding Beyond the Page. Translating brand values into three-dimensional environments, from bespoke in-store displays to full-scale activations. I focus on how a brand feels in a physical space, prioritizing materiality, craft, and the human experience.
VISUAL IDENTITIES
Building the Visual DNA. I develop cohesive identities that bridge tradition and modernity. From foundational logo systems to comprehensive guidelines, I define a brand’s "soul" through strategic typography, color, and a timeless visual language.
About Astrid
In a world where creation is becoming increasingly automated, I believe that true taste and a genuine eye are the most valuable assets a creative can bring to the table.
My name is Astrid Parenty and I’m a French-American art director and designer based in Brooklyn, New York.
Growing up in France, where art and culture are a way of life, I developed a sensibility rooted in craft and the enduring over the fashionable. I have never been interested in trends. I am interested in things that last.
That point of view shaped a career working on campaigns, visual identity, print, and experiential design for Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, and Belvedere Vodka, first at Manhattan Marketing Ensemble and then in-house at Moët Hennessy USA, part of LVMH.
My creative life doesn't end with client work. I am also currently finishing my first children's picture book, a love letter to New York illustrated in the spirit of mid-century American illustration.
What I love most is building complete visual worlds that feel cohesive, considered, and unmistakably alive.
